Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Eight years ago we bought a Range Hood from this store. It was very efficient and worked very well. Last year, we renovated the kitchen and purchased a stylish range hood from another competitor. The range hood paled in comparison to our old Vata. It could not effectively remove airborne grease, smokes, odors, and steam from the air. We decided to dump this new range hood and replace it with a Vata CL-M800. We have been satisfied ever since.The boss is nice and helpful.We highly recommend Vata.
