Last year I was hospitalized for 6 weeks off and on due to various awful reasons. Needless to say I was quite Ill. A couple of months after being released to went to this clinic for an unrelated issue. I did not have a family dr as they are hard to find in the area. The dr I saw was fantastic and offered to take me on as a patient.
Its easy to get an appointment time and the wait times are very reasonable when i have to do a walk in. I see lots of negative reviews and judgements of the drs and

We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

If not for the wonderful people at Craftsman Collision I would’ve paid out of pocket for my Nissan bumper replacement. I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.
