Excellent. Hanna and Steven (Stephen?) really know their stuff. Bought glasses from them 5 months ago. Today I went in because my frames were a little bent because I fell asleep in them. Stupid me. Steven fixed them right up and while he was at it changed the nose pads that I didn't know needed changing. This is service beyond service. Very impressed and very satisfied.

I had great experience at union optical for 8 years, until this time unfortunately i met Ananda her ATTITUDE WAS VERY BAD.
after giving her my union card to check my balance she took quite some time to return. Upon returning, I kindly ask her are you able to tell me my balance, she Yelled YOU NEED TO WAIT!!! in a very rude tone my wife and myself were very and disgused with her rude behavior, I ask her for my card refusing her service. I visited this local optical recently and I am so happy I did! They carry any designer frames you can think of at amazing prices! Me and my daughter both purchased gucci and tiffany&co sunnies and we are so happy we did! The customer service is great too! I will definitely be back for my prescription eyeglasses as well. This is my go too place for eyewear now. I am so glad I walked in!!
