I have gone to the Niagara Falls, Benjamin Moore location for several years, now, and have had nothing but excellent service there. Every service rep I've had the privilege of meeting there listened, were very knowledgeable, were friendly, and always patient when I was having a hard time choosing a colour (gray is tricky... just saying!). And beyond that, the colour has always been exactly right. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience here. We felt very taken care of by the staff. We sat for 45 minutes in the salt cave. It gets a bit chilly but Blankets are provided at no extra cost. Then we went into the couples salt floatation room for an hour. This is a very long time, we could have gone in for less but nonetheless interesting experience and private shower/towels/robes provided to clean up after. Finally over to their lounge for some tea before we left. Overall a great couples time

I found the founder and clinician Lois to be very attentive and professional. The spa is sparkling clean and very inviting.
I was very happy with the work that was done to me. I would highly recommend the spa to anyone considering going there. I have been there three times now and will be going back.
