Great company! I hired a nanny with them and their staff was very helpful during whole process. They still follow up with me to see how the things go. They also provide cleaning services every 2 weeks. Detailed cleaning and good rate!

I have been suffering from horrible migraines since my car accident in 2007. No health care professional could help me get rid of the recurring debilitating headaches until I found Win in Bliss Physiotherapy last week. I have found Your Custom Maids to be a Super Great service, both Judy and Shelly are great Home cleaners and organizers and I use them now on a bimonthly basis. Judy and Shelley give my duplex a thorough cleaning and do an excellent job. This has freed up my weekends to enjoy the outdoors. They are very efficient and reasonably priced. I am continuing to use their services for regular cleaning. My only complaint is they don't do outside gutters,... that's my job I guess

We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.

It is challenging to find people who can help you when you are most vulnerable. In our case, we needed advanced nursing care because my wife had our 3rd child.
The help was great. They came and did most of things that should be done by a healthy mom--including, get this--bathing our toddlers, diaper changes, massaging my wife's post-partum distended belly, cleaning and even cooking!
Note, they are Korean with some English. As long as they do such great work, that's not a barrier.

The Vet and staff of this Animal Clinic is phenomenal. My boy was sick and finally lost his battle. It was traumatic for me but the Vet and her staff called me to check up on my fur baby even through the holidays. They treated him and myself so tenderly and compassionately.
I highly recommend them in caring for your fur babies needs and care. Thank you so much Doctor and the staff...I shall never forget your kindness through such a traumatic time!
