I buy from Autoshack whenever I need something and their customer service is amazing and their prices are excellent. There is one negative aspect which is UPS delivery. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later. I brought my car to Ferrante to an estimate. It was one of the coldest days of the year, but Mike examined the car and provided a fair estimate. I was strong-armed by my insurance adjuster to have the repairs done at their own service centre. I sent a cheque to Mike for his trouble, but he refused to accept any recompense.
Any future repairs will be done at Ferrante!
