Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Hands down the best training facility I've ever been a part of!!! I joined REV MMA on a 3 month membership to get me back in shape for another season of touch football and ended up walking away from a 20 year love for a sport because of a new addiction to BJJ and MT!!!
