Our company has been dealing with this particular location for several years. The manager Prab is the greatest. He goes beyond what is really expected. As a regular client at TD Turner Road, my experience has consistently been both professional and positive. The staff there are great and know be my name. The ladies give me personalized service that is unmatched by any financial institution I have done business with through the years. In the few times I have had an issue, I have escalated problem and it was solved on-the-spot. I came away surprised and pleased by the level of service and commitment to my business needs.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

I have to say I was very impressed with my visit to Fish Salon. There was a very welcoming receptionist at the front who brought me tea while I waited. My stylist was super nice, great to talk to (very knowledgable) and I am very happy with my hair!

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

Their work is amazing they are really good and educated and what they do and they can do almost anything for you I had a deck put in I had steps put in I've seen some of the homes that they've done I recommend them highly for any work that needs to be done

The lady who did my massage was lovely, and we had a great chat while she worked -- we both speak Cantonese, and it was really fun talking to her. She talked to me about what it was she was doing, and what pressure points were and such. It was interesting.
The only thing I hoped for was if the receptionist was a little more responsive. Often it felt like I really didn't get enough instruction about what to do.
Don't go expecting a spa. This is not that. Expect a comfy clinical room.
