I received a gift card for a package including pedicure, massage, facial and I also had my hair done. Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, all the services I receive were excellant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa and salon. I am looking forward to my next visit.

My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.
I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to treat a problem/issue, or you just need some pampering, please enjoy your experience @ North Okanagan Skin and Laser. I know I do.

Last Aug 2025 I applied for the MAiD program because I was in such sever pain that I was unable to handle anymore. I was taking pain medication every hour not the 4 hours which was recommend. I have been seeing Dr James for 7 months now and I have cancelled the MAiD application. I walk, swim, camp, fish. I have my life back. I will be forever grateful. I am getting healthy thanks to Dr. James Whittans at Lifeworks family chiropractor office. Thanks SHYAN D.

From the moment you walk through the doors, until the second you leave; you are truly treated like a VIP. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and they are always going out of their way to ensure that you have had THE best service. I honestly have never been disappointed by any of the services that I have experienced at Mirror Mirror, and would highly recommend this spa to everyone!
