Very pleasant and professional people.
The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).

I started with Dr Plotsky downtown and followed him when he came to north Edmonton. The entire family started going to Drs. Plotsky and Evans. The entire team on 50th Street has treated us like family. Dr. Evans has been looking after our eyes for several years and while we've gone through changes like obtaining bifocals, getting rid of cataracts, and recently a tear in my retina. Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. He helped to ensure I wouldn’t lose my knocked loose teeth and I appreciate this so much! Thank you for your always amazing customer service:)

We were introduced to Stony Plain Eye Centre during a field trip to their office by my kids' playschool, and have been patients ever since! Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! Highly recommended!

The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.
