I have been with this clinic for almost 30 years. As doctors have retired, we have been assigned to new doctors within he clinic. Without fail, each of the new doctors have been respectful, diligent, competent, personable. In 30 years, I cannot recall an instance where I would complain about any of the practitioners at King West Medical. I believe they have superior hiring practices that should be modelled by other clinics because you cant be that consistent without doing something consistently.

Dr. Dim is an excellent dentist. He listens well and responds with well thought out solutions that are not always the most expensive method but the best for his patients. His work is carefully done with little discomfort. Dr. Dim's hygienists and office staff are wonderful and caring. They go the extra for you in everything they do. I highly recommend this dentistry experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Prays for about 20 years. I have always been impressed with the staff at Dr. Prays office. They are friendly , professional , and knowledgeable. Even though I only go to Dr. Pray s office 3 or 4 times a year , the staff greets me by name. Dr. Pray always takes the required time on each visit to examine me , ask questions about my concerns and permits me to ask all the questions I have to ask , and he answers them in a way that I can understand. I have no complaints
