My hair started thinning in my mid forties, mostly on top of the head. I was always trying to hide the baldness with powders or by wearing hats. My scalp was a bit sensitive so I opted for numbing cream applied on the scalp prior to treatment, but it was very minimal and totally worth it! My experience and results are everything I hoped for!
