First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! it was sad when they had the fire and the building was destroyed as they had the best bubble tea and donuts and hopefully sometime somewhere in the near future they will reopen
