Gary was very easy to work with during the construction of our new home. His knowledge and experience were an asset, and given our lot was somewhat difficult to build on, he and his Team embraced the challenge. Green Emerald uses the latest technology in their construction, which makes for a very energy efficient home. Gary is prompt to deal with any issues that arise, and he follows through on his commitments.

Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.
