I’ve always had a great experience here! Affordable tools and supplies, as well as so many random and speciality items. Had to return a dewalt heater with no hassle, new one worked perfect. Once again I have need of a truck rental. Last year I approached Cheryl McRoberts at the 170 Barton St E office and she went over and above my expectations! I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish. She completely took all of my worries away and I was able to concentrate on my business. I don't have to second guess where my future rentals will be sourced , if Carter's has a truck I will get it from them(Cheryl!). Thx!!

The customer service is very nice the mechanic is very polite and very honest we bought a 2005 Chevrolet aveo with low km for cheaper than anywhere. He is honest and up front to the customer I will recommend him to anyone that wants to deal with a honest dealership/mechanic
