Staff are kind & patient, they fit you in right away if necessary. I live out of town, I am disabled, & I only travel to Pentiction once every couple months. I needed to speak to someone to see if there was anything I could do for my sick cat in the mean time of bringing him in &, a Veterinarian called me back quite quickly actually, which surprised me. as every other Vet clinic would not allow you to speak to anyone, only way was to bring your animal in. Thank You for putting me at ease!

There were 18 of us for a family birthday party, and included 3 very young children. The staff was very friendly and offered information and suggestions to help us with our food choices. Everyone's meal was excellent and the kids were entertained with their colouring placemats. This is the third time this large group has celebrated a birthday here and we keep going back. If we can't get a reservation on the day of the birthday, we postpone until we can.
We have also been several times as small family groups of 3 or 4, or as couples. We've been during the week and on weekends. It never matters when, the service, the food, the ambiance is always perfect.
This is absolutely the best restaurant in Penticton.

Was very impressed with this business. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Had it delivered from Penticton to our home in Oliver. They phoned the morning of delivery and gave a two hour window for delivery and they were definitely on time. The 2 gentlemen were wonderful. Very polite, efficient, and polite. If I need another appliance I would go to this store first. Free delivery and take away of old product was definitely a bonus to us.

Best Asian Food in Penticton! Our family has been coming here for years. Love the Mongolian Grill and the Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice Bowl is our family favourite. Wonderful service and friendly staff. Prices are affordable too.
