Took my bridal party here and it was amazing. Great food, awesome service, and really good prices. The atmosphere in the restaurant is laidback but not boring. All the servers were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Overall a fantastic place to go for any event. Highly recommend eating here. I will definitely be coming back.

My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

The management provides exceptional customer service. I was shown how to us the laundry facilities from start to finish in a patient and friendly manner. I appreciated the dedication he had to appreciate and connect with me. The machines are well maintained and it is kept clean. The location is perfect because it right across from the mall if you want to take a stroll while you wait. He also provides full serve laundry which is perfect in a rush. If not for the wonderful people at Craftsman Collision I would’ve paid out of pocket for my Nissan bumper replacement. Corley drilling drilled my well on time and on budget he got me 10 gpm at 400 ft I have had no trouble with water in the 7 years since. They were courtious and careing and left no damage behind when the job was compleated. We are very satisfied and would call them first if we needed another well at a new location.
