Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I was pleased with the salesman in the Newmarket store. The bed was delivered in a timely manner and the young delivery men Ryan & John were great. They were polite, helpful, quick and efficient. I would definitely check JR’s first for any future furniture purchases.

Belaty Ltd. was sent to inspect and repair and old fridge and an old washing machine at my mothers home. Under the Enercare appliance protection program. The repair man who attended was Danny. He managed to save two older appliances that did not need replacement quite yet. He was fast and effective. Careful in handling the appliances and made sure to keep the work area clean after he was finished. He answered all my dumb questions. Was on time for both visits. Totally satisfied and impressed.
