TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. I look forward to an equally positive relationship with the service staff over the next few years. I have no hesitation in recommending Milton Kia and Juan Carlos in particular to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Time spent at Milton Kia will benefit you whether you purchase from them or not. I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.
