I have been to this location many times for eye exams and glasses. I have to say that I have never had better service anywhere else. The staff there are professional and the selection of frames is wonderful. I made the mistake of going elsewhere once and have lived to regret my decision. I will go not be going anywhere else from this point on. The quality of the eyewear is not to be matched anywhere else in my opinion. I will continue to recommend this location to both friends and family. Thank

Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

I highly recommend this small family owned business. Although we encountered some concerns , not the fault of of the company or the workers, John`s integrity was evident throughout the process. He listened and worked with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied. John, your caring nature nature and honesty did not go unnoticed. i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof. Wonderful job on my car, looks like brand new. Lots of stains on the cream fabric seats that they got out, the products they use aren’t overly scented we were very happy to get the car back without too much perfume smell. Couldnt be happier, with the fast and friendly service.
