This is s first class operation. I've been a patron since their first location on Fraser Highway. Very friendly and very efficient work is done at this place. The words that come to mind are trustworthy, fair pricing and honesty.

The store is clean, selection is decent even with the Covid 19, staff is generally helpful. Their prices are good, beyond competitive on most things though you do need to watch the expiry dates on some items. Only time I shop elsewhere these days is if they dont have something I absolutely need.

We were very pleased with the purchase and installation of a wood stove from Warm Hearth in May 2025. Everything from the initial browsing in the store to the purchase and installation was flawless and a pleasant experience. They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

Sall's very knowledgeable and experienced. A very busy place, small setup allowing max 2 cars to be serviced at a time. However, he spares time to explain the problem, gives you options and recommendations. I got my tires replaced and also fixed my door lock, both jobs well done

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

We have ordered Delivery from here a couple of times, & the food has been very good. A lot of Greek delivery is very greasy, but the food here is not greasy at all. Great taste & large portion sizes!
