I've been to Brownstone's several times now, and it's always a good experience. Friendly staff, and good food. Their brunch gets busy on Sundays, and deservedly so, but we were able to make a reservation the night before for our not-so-small party. The banana and Nutella pancakes were delicious, but topped with syrup, were a bit rich for my delicate stomach. Good fresh orange juice. The decor is lively and interesting, though sitting near the front door can be drafty in cool weather.

Ate at Windies on a whim on a Monday night. The atmosphere was nice and waitress was friendly. They have a very diverse selection of Caribbean and Chinese-style food, and a good assortment of cocktails - unfortunately, no beer on tap.
I had the Jerk mixed chow-mein and bbq wings. Wings were better than expected at this type of joint, and the main entree was good and *massive*, especially given the ~$13 price.
Would definitely return.

My husband and I have driven by this restaurant many times and we finally decided to try it. We had a lovely evening that included great food and wonderful service. If you are looking for a unique dining experience and want to try something new, support this little slice of France.

Super unique place. They make all their own beer (smallest in Toronto), and the food is all Trinidadian. Great atmosphere and service. Get a flight and an order of doubles.

They dont skimp on the meat and they buy the best cuts. The order is exactly what you tell them it should be. As always you come out full. Waitress was gorgeous and had a nice body. The wine was really not that expensive. The food itself added up tho. The wait was a little long tho.
