i love the bank on smythe.....i have gotten to know some of the tellers by name......even though there is one that is very annoying....that i avoid every time i get in there.....but it is a great bank....my home bank it the cibc down town but i prefer to come to smythe street ...........way to go cibc, a great job well done

Staff always helpful every time I go there. They care about their customers. Wait times are not long as well. I highly recommend this bank.
