Absolutely amazing experience! ?? The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged—far beyond my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to help me choose the perfect bouquet. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. He is definitely our only go to guy for any HVAC issues. Deb & Bill Armit
