The staff are so helpful and very caring. Did fantastic repair to my car. I am so happy with the work that was done. Marco you are the best, you rock. I had a 10 am appointment to have the AC on my recently purchased Subaru Impreza checked out for only blowing warm air. The system needed to be recharged and a couple of o-rings needed to be replaced. It only took them an hour to do this and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service

This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.
