The practice of ethics is apparent. Respect for the clients is felt and practiced. Could not have had a better experience. New clients are often referred and the new generation to past clients. This is where you want your child getting their first tatty. First quality inks that look fabulous. So happy with the work. Like stepping into Texas . Great atmosphere/service and food is awesome. Right down by Kalamalka lake. Has a real wood smoker so you get that authentic Southern Flavor.A must in the Vernon Kelowna area

Joleen has a warm and intuitive way with dogs and cats developed through years of experience and truly caring about her relationships with animals. Animals like her at first sight. Joleen knows how to make animals comfortable with her way of talking to them and handling them. I have used her services over several years with cats and dogs. I trust and highly recommend Joleen.

I bought a secondhand wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and the owner was amazing. She took me through the process of what she would have to do with this particular (and very fiddly) dress, and even run me right away to let me know that she was happy with the partial test clean she did on some of the fabric and was going to go ahead on the rest of the dress. She really cares about your clothing. She will be able to tell you straight if theres hope for a difficult clean. Many thanks!
