While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Other aspects were positive enough too that I would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit them next car shopping time.

Honest mechanic, doesn't sell you anything you don't need. Quick, accommodating, (saw me the next day after I called and finished my job in an hour). I asked him to check a few other things for me as I bought my car used and he honestly said I didn't need to fix them.

Excellent service reçu chez Dupont & Dupont Ford lors du rachat de mon véhicule et de son transfert vers les États Unis. Steve Phaneuf, Directeur général des ventes a trouvé les solutions dont j'avais besoin dans l'immédiat. De plus, l'équipe du service de l'entretien ont été très généreux lors de ma dernière visite, m'épargnant des frais que j'aurais normalement due payer.
