I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe. Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value!
