To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately.

Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. We bought our 2010 Acura Mdx from them and it's a fabulous deal because the price and service we paid $22,300 with low KMS rather all other dealers are charging with similar truck for around 27k... Also tyres pretty new so don't need to change for a while.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will be back for our next vehicle.......

We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

Had our service truck breakdown at Blairmore. Called Mountain Valley Automotive and they had a mechanic come out right away. Got our service truck running and were able to determine the root cause of the issue within minutes. Friendly crew and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend them to all our staff and customer that are in the area to contact them if you have any automotive issues.
