j'ai communiqué avec le service d'installation de chauffe-eau, j'avais de l'eau glacée depuis 2 jours .On est jeudi matin et au départ on me dit pas avant lundi matin mais Diégo a été fantastique, il a communiqué directement avec le plombier et par chance il avait une possibilité dans l'après-midi.Travail impeccable, tarif avantageux et surtout service hors-pair.Un gros merci à Diégo pour son initiative

Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Good old Home Hardware; our microwave died since everything was closed due to one of our lockdowns we decided to borrow my Sister-in-law spare microwave. Then the cord was too short. I tried the big box curb-side previously and it took 2 1/2 days. I didn’t want to go through that again. Then I thought of your store at 2151 Danforth, it was a great experience. The cord I needed was, indeed in hand when we arrived.! These days this kind of customer service will make business thrive THEY CARE!

We had many tools with issues during this summer and iTech was able to help us with all of them! They were very prompt and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very much appreciated. I will go back for sure for all my repairs and new tools going forward. The automated ticket system is very cool and works well.
