I purchased some chairs from this company that did not wear well. Within a day of my reporting the matter to Brian, he contacted the manufacturer and requested that I send a photo of the damaged chairs. I did so and within a very short time received a message that the faulty chairs would be replaced and shipped to me at no cost. Brian was prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating - I was very impressed with his service.

They were very helpful in setting up my office's 3 computers with the networked printer. I tried to do it myself, but couldn't get 1 of the 3 computers to print and connect to the internet. They were able to get it all working in less than hour.
The price was not the cheapest among the quotes I was given, but the work and time they took to finish the job was top notch! Would definitely hire them in the future, if needed.
