I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Excellent Customer service. I would highly recommend this company as the sales staff was very helpful to explain the features of each model to make an appropriate choice. I even got help to load the product into my car. I had an issue with the rangehood light that I noticed when installed. The company sent a technician at home to resolve the issue and the home visit charges were also weived

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. If you need a new appliance make sure you check them out because I know FIRST HAND that they are dedicated and represent the very best of entrepreneurship and thy are all gentlemen.
