I can not believe the negative reviews - we have been using Molly Maid Cambridge for nearly 6 years now, twice a week here in my home in Elmira. I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. Can't say enough great things about this place. I came in with a lot of back and neck pain, and after just a few treatments, I'm 90% better! Dr. Mackay is very thorough, and Katherine at the front desk is lovely. Highly recommended!

We dealt with Ali recently to help fix some issues left by a previous company. Ali was professional and amazing from answering the phone to the time he left our home. He went above and beyond for us. He was so professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. I have found my plumber to have whenever the need arises and will give his name and number to anyone who asks about plumbers. I can't thank him enough. The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
