Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.

It was our first time visiting PetValu and it was amazing, the employee name Allan help us alot with the right food and treats for our pomeranian. We will definitely come back again what an amazing service!

These guys are wonderful! I was in a bit of a bind with another company who cancelled my booking 3 days before a two week trip to Portugal. Within 4 hours, Vernon was at my property to assess my dog. He took my dog for a 24 hour test trial (this is after my dog seriously barked at Vernon when he came into my home).
Over the next day, Vernon provided multiple updates (with pictures) and was very communicative. I cannot thank them enough! Great team with wonderful service.
