I am a picky customer with high standards that I am told no one will ever live up to. Bal & Sonia are a nice young couple who go the extra mile but dont overcharge you for doing so!
If you need a cleaning service with good customer service skills, where they listen to your needs and do a few extras here and there, while maintaining a consistency for the time they charge

I had such a great experience with Bertling Electrical Group. Michael came in and made great suggestions on how to light up my yaletown condo. Maurie and Forbes showed up right on time with everything that was needed. Maurie had listened about schedules and made sure he was ahead of other trades. Such an all around great experience. Also a company that is super warm and welcoming entering into your home and being friendly with your pets.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I just picked up my Wedding dress & my wife's Wedding dress from Mohamud at Busy Bee Gold & was greeted with the most exceptional customer service.
We had an outdoor ceremony for our Wedding so as you can imagine they were a little bit dirty. We also discovered a wine stain on one of the dresses which has been removed completely. Mohamud explained the process & time he spent on our dresses & is incredible passionate about his job!

From many years of experience, I have found Cloverdale Paints to offer paint and stain products that go on easily, are thick and do not splatter or drip and are long lasting. The relatively new Sharkskin exterior stain is excellent.
Plus, the store staff at the 6950 King George Blvd location are terrific with a real focus on customer service.
