My family and I have been going to Dr. Staples for a few years now and we have been treated like family from the start. I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

They were honest about what my car needed to have done, they didnt try to gouge my bank account. There was a lot to be done and it was finished the same day that I brought it in. Work was done well and I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to other vehicle owners

I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.
