They’re also government certified and were able to provide equipment safety inspections for us. Larry always reminds us to send our A/C machine in for maintenance every 6 months so we don’t get caught without a machine in the busy summer months. I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations.
