Dr Kim Hause is not only professional but is very friendlly and ready to explain what is going on with the affliction you have with your eye sight and give options. Thoroughly checks for complications from diabetes etc. I completely trust her judgement and am very happy with her looking after me. Visits are very expedient and efficient. Good friendly staff.

Tamar of Eastfield Design came to my home, looked at the objects that were special to me and my family, and designed a colour scheme that really enhanced our eclectic furnishings and belongings. I went in November 8 for some snacks on my way home. There was an accident on the hwy which is why I stopped in. Katrina was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in there. I didn't see anyone there to help her out with the line up. She truly deserves credit for how she handled the situation. I believe it was at 2 pm I was in there.

Nancy at Flowers on York is what customer service is all about. I called from Montreal to have flowers sent to my mother in Stratford, she was incredibly helpful, the flowers were breathtakingly beautiful, and she did everything she could to make this a wonderful experience for my mom before Christmas. An absolute gem. Do visit this shop, she's a treasure.
