This drugstore has an excellent customer service. The pharmacy manager Dr. Benetton and the staff pharmacist are very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They will answer all your questions and make sure your prescriptions are delivered as soon as possible. The staff technicians are very nice and helpful as well. It is very convenient to have a pharmacy inside Joe's Nofrills. Thank you very much to Dr. Benetton and her staff, I am very satisfied with the pharmacy service and strongly recommend this drugstore, especially if you need a Portuguese speaking pharmacist.

Absolutely awesome customer service! Jai and all staff are incredibly customer focused! Even on Sunday afternoon! Tremendous service as they waited for me AFTER CLOSING TIME! People criticize me for living in Burlington and dealing with a pharmacy such as Unicare all the way in Etobicoke! I will never change pharmacies! Great people!
