Fix Auto Rexdale is by far the best body shop in Toronto. They did everything in their power to accommodate me and make sure that I got my car back to me! Anna, who works the front desk, was in constant communication with me through phone and e-mail with updates. She was an absolute pleasure. Brian, who was the magician behind the entire process. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.
