Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful owners, Carole and Bruce. Carole is warm, kind, and ascertained that we were well-cared for. She booked us on a Saturday morning at the last minute. Bruce fixed our transmission line in record time so we wouldn’t miss out on our holiday weekend. He advised us to wait until Monday morning to replace the ball joint and wheel bearing which saved us a few hundred dollars as most parts shops were closed on Saturday. They are friendly and professional.

Harry was a guardian Angel! I was in an accident that rendered my car undriveable and stranded 100 kms from home. He went above and beyond to help me arrive home safe and sound. Was honest and caring through the whole experience. I would drive back the 100 kms to have him work on my vehicle!
