No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

I have been visiting Kanda since it opened, and have always been satisfied. The food is good (considering the price), and the service is good. The food has always been fresh and flavourful, and the premises clean. As with most AYCE places, the more polite you are, the better the service you receive.

Today I was in Loblaws Heartland. Always pick up something from the hot food section. Today I was served by Ramzi and Diego. Such wonderful people. Especially Ramzi served me with such pleasant behaviour. The place was pretty busy but he was patient and pleasant. Ramzi helped me. Diego was very attentive to customers as well. Very commendable behaviour. In a long time I was very happy. Ramzi serve food with pleasant disposal.way to go Ramzi!!!
