Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

I have been at Jacks again earlier this week and as usual, he did a great job on my 2002 Honda, on time and with very reasonable price. I wouldnt go anywhere else to fix my car. Thank you Jack.
