My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. I looked up in Yellow Pages who to go see. They put me at ease by showing me just how easy to use they were. I was sold - that was 5 years ago and since then our family has purchased another 2 plus other Apple products. Thanks for the years of great service - I see an i-Pad in my future!
