All the people in office I deal with are courteous and helpful and are able the answer all the questions I have about my injuries and help me with the right excercises and treatments to get me on the road to recovery

What a great bunch of people! Shannon literally got me back on my feet again after a bad hamstring injury. The only complaint is that they are getting so popular that I usually have to book a week or so ahead!!

I have been engaging in counselling with Dr. Serina Islam since 2007 at different points in my life including 2014 2019 and presently. We have worked on CBT mindfulness, DBT and other varieties of coping.
She is amazing and practical has empathy and realistic feedback.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.
