My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

Thank you Roger's Plumbing and Heating Company for repairing my hot water heater when it sprang a leak! My favourite part was how the plumber was on time and straight forward.

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

We had less than 45 mins to get from the Seair terminal to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (during rush hour) and our driver did it with courtesy and safety and under the quoted fare. Excellent service

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

I have been going to this location for years and haven’t been there since the new guys took over. I needed a last minute tire repair and they were super helpful and got me in right away. Also fixed a few little things. Great guys. Great experience. I felt comfortable trusting them with my beloved Jeep. ? I’ll be back!

We are repeat customers. Outlooks owner does such beautiful work that you are going to want to just keep coming back until every room feels like it belongs in a magazine. Custom items we have had made are drapery, valances, bedding, cushions, upholstered storage bench made and re-styled dining room chairs and drapery from our previous home.
