Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. The time and labour spent finding me a good used transmission is impressive and saved thousands if I would have bought a new one from the dealer. Happy with the process and the end result.

great people to deal with, they helped me out big time. stepdaughter smashed the side window out of my escape on a friday afternoon on our way to a wedding, not only did they get the window out asap, they helped me install it. bug thumbs up!

So weird that other review... Duane is awesome. He fixed our old Honda and saved us $5000 after Honda told us our transmission was going - it was a rock in the wheel!

I have been going to J&G auto for about 4 years. John ( owner) and his stuff provide an amazing services. Their prices are better cheaper than anywhere else.
They are fast, friendly and very honest business. I would be going there as long as they are open and running.

This shop is amazing. Our vehicle had engine trouble at 9West on our way back to Vancouver and Scott did not hesitate to pick us up and tow our vehicle. He even brought his van as we are a group of 7 in our van. No shop would do that and not so many people would extend a helping hand and show true hospitality for tourist like us who visited Drumheller for the first time.
No words can express how grateful we are to Scott. We are back in Vancouver safely and we did enjoy our stay in Drumhe

I bought my 2001 Hyundai Tiburon here. I was pleased with my purchase and love the car. The staff were friendly and courteous but they women I worked wasn't very knowledgeable when it came to cars. Overall good experience and the price was right.

Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

I second the opinion of 'awesome'. I have been a customer of this shop for about 20 years. Never been disappointed. This shop can service just about any car or truck - even my 'ancient' BMW. They never do more than needed and are reasonably priced.
