A friend told me about Mr. PC Doctor and they looked good so I gave them a shot. Their tech arrived relatively quickly and took care of the problem right on the spot. If you have reached this site, you are at the best you can get. Sarah is the best, she is very good pleasant and only wants to see you happy. I deleted all downloaded programs, Sarah fixed it at the counter in short order---no charge. She had previous did an update on my Laptop ---works great.
