Moksha is a great workout with lots of different sequences depending on the teacher - each class is different and can be a warm or hot room - bring a towel and lots of water - love moksha yoga studios - they are always so nice!

The Y really does have it all. The downtown Y has a great selection of classes, a pool, tons of cardio equipment, weights etc. For adults it is definitely worth it to purchase the Membership Plus. You get use of the sauna, steam room, toiletries & towels.

Best pizza I've ever had. Fresh ingredients and loads of toppings, this pizza is a must try. Caveman is what I would recommend if you love meat.
