the customer service was courteous and professional!! I'm a regular customer and my vehicle didn't get very clean from the drive threw.I went to the laundry part and talked to Jared Green he set me up to go threw again and still the car wasn't clean . We had many tools with issues during this summer and iTech was able to help us with all of them! They were very prompt and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very much appreciated. I will go back for sure for all my repairs and new tools going forward. The automated ticket system is very cool and works well.

Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs.
I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.
One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.

They get you in fast do good work. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done.
